Ahead of their shows, we provided our TVBabes with a global edition of Get Fired Up, which is our exclusive fitness bootcamp to ensure that each model was physically and mentally prepared for their next job whilst creating killer content to nail their off-duty looks, producing hearing content which featured the latest Gymshark collection.
The bootcamp ensured that as each model travelled across the various fashion capitals, Talent Village was there to provide an intense workout led by world-leading professionals.
After each session, the models also benefited from a tailored nutrition focused talk, which enlightened them on the importance of healthy eating, a key focus for models during Fashion Month, which is a naturally intense period for most models.

A VICTORIA SECRET APPROVED WORKOUT IN NYC
Get Fired Up kicked off to an epic start this season in the city that never sleeps.
The morning session focused on providing talent with an innovative, low-impact fitness workout, developed by celebrity trainer Stephen Pasterino.
Through their worldwide streaming platform and proprietary equipment, P.VOLVE helped the TVBabes activate those hard-to-reach muscles, sculpt and elongate their body in ways they never thought possible, a key asset for fashion models ahead of the show season.
The Urban Spotter was also on site to capture each engaging moment, utilising his street-style knowledge to transform the urban landscape.
Health coach, model and fitness enthusiast Natalia La Londe also shared with us her most memorable moments from the event:
AN INTENSE WORKOUT IN LONDON
This season we partnered again with Metabolic London, who have established themselves as the go-to choice for fashion models to become the best version of themselves mentally, emotionally & physically over the past 2 years.
Their reputation and expertise in the field have lead us to partner for the second time providing our members with quality training sessions throughout this full day experience.
The metabolic method is designed to incorporate a combination of HIIT and strength exercises, the two most effective routes to body composition change. So, by combing the two workouts The TVBabes experienced a truly intense workout which was also rewarding, just-in-time before the shows.

INTERNATIONAL PRESENCE IN MILAN
Gymshark is undoubtedly the brand for fashion models and even the local media in Milan agreed with us, who visited the TVBabes in action at Virgin Active in the Italian capital to share the love with their worldwide audience.
Virgin active are already known to push the boundaries in new innovative fitness classes and equipment, so combined with professional trainer Paolo Zotto, it’s no wonder they discovered a truly immersive experience.
The studio has four main elements of focus, Strength, Stability, Stamina and Soul which are also key factors of any successful workout, and are especially vital for fashion models.
The HITT workout focused on strength and stamina, allowing the talent to build muscle, toughen bones, building muscles and burning calories.
Afterwards stability and soul will be key areas of interest during the yoga class, which helped the models unwind and relax.
Supermodel and Victoria Secret Angel Sofia Resing also joined the team this season, to discover her first ever experience of Get Fired Up…
ELECTRIC VIBES IN PARIS
Do you sometimes struggle to stay motivated during your workout? Midtown studio has this covered, thanks to their vibrant lighting system and energising music which instantly transformed the atmosphere upon arrival for the MVBabes this season in Paris.
The class began with an intense, HITT workout, pushing the models to their limit as they collaborated on both individual and teamwork exercises.
During each session, the professional trainers ensured that each model was fully catered for, showing them the right techniques to gain muscle and loose weight effectively.
Eva Bichey shared with us her experience from the session, describing her memorable moments:
