Feeling refreshed always starts from within- so if you want to feel and look good then fuel your body with food that does just that- if you have been eating burgers, lots of dessert and sugary foods during the Christmas period then it’s time to get your body functioning, with a clean diet.
This means unprocessed foods with lots of greens, lean protein and healthy fats from nuts, seeds and oily fish.
This is where we obtain most of the vitamins and minerals that are so vital for skin repair, healthy hair – and give you that overall glow!

That means at least 8 glasses of water a day. Try keeping a bottle with you at all times.
Alcohol is a neurotoxin and doesn’t mix well with clean eating. The body stores alcohol, meaning that carbs and fats are stored rather than being used for fuel.
Here are some ways that you can enjoy a cheeky drink but with moderation:
Spirits: Choose dry gin or vodka with soda water and fresh lemon/lime
Wine: Red wine is high in antioxidants and lower in sugar. However, the organic versions have fewer preservatives.
Rest is very important especially around fashion week, when your schedules change constantly, but remember you should aim to have at least 8 hours of sleep every night.
Sleep struggling? Don’t worry – we’ve crafted some quick tips to help you easily drift into dreamland:
1. Eat at least 2 hours before going to bed, to help your body digest naturally.
2. Avoid sugar and caffeine before bed as this can keep you up throughout the night.
3. Leave at least a 3 hour gap between workouts as exercise increases cortisol which will keep you up and alert.
4. Enjoy a hot bath, filled with Epsom salts alongside relaxing music to help settle your stress.
5. Switch off all electronic devices- ( yes this includes your phone! ) at least 1 hour before you go to sleep.
