Talent Village is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced New Business Executive to join our London team.

As our blue-chip client roster continues to grow internationally, we’re looking for a candidate who will be responsible for the following:

– Creation of strategic brand proposals across a vast variety of verticals

– Working with the Sales team to identify new business opportunities and expanding our offering

– Collaborating with Accounts, Talent and Creative team to deliver best in class campaign ideas

– When required presenting strategy to clients to showcase our expertise in this space.

– Be a pro-active source of ideas for improvement on our existing offering and processes.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic self-starter with a robust background in the advertising and creative industry.


– A minimum of 3 years experience in digital advertising industry

– Proficient use of Keynote and Google suite

– Highly organized, efficient and capable of managing and prioritising a diverse workload

– Have the ability to collaborate, work cross-functionally and communicate effectively across multiple business functions

– An entrepreneurial spirit and driven outlook that thrives under pressure
