BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Talent Village is looking for an enthusiastic and eager Business Development Executive to join our London Team.

As our blue-chip client roster continues to grow internationally, we’re looking for a highly organised, strategic, and commercially-minded person who can:

– Report to the EVP Sales on a daily basis.

– Drive high quality meetings with brands for the senior sales team.

– Cold contact prospects and educate them about our unique offering.

This role involves driving meetings and supporting team members on bringing in signed clients. If you are successful in this position, it will lead to you becoming a full end to end sales manager with your own client roster by the close of 2020.

Accomplishment will be based on hitting monthly meeting KPI’s and expanding your knowledge of the industry.

You will be working closely with the sales team in devising and implementing strategies to achieve this, based on your strengths.

REQUIREMENTS

– 1-2 years media sales experience (preferred but not essential)

– Personable, hungry and eager to learn

– Ability to manage multiple workflows and targets

– Strong work ethic and discipline

– Passion for success and affection to be part of a high growth company.
